    The study involved 400 people (aged 19-55) who worked with a dietician based on the Respo Method.
    Their average BMI at the beginning of the study was 31.83 ± 4.77. During the 12-month dietary intervention, overweight individuals reduced their average body weight by 16.6% and obese individuals by 15.4%. Throughout the year, the study participants consistently lost weight, with their body mass decreasing month by month.

    My story

    When I was 16, I was obese weighing in at 220 Lbs. I used to drink heaps of sugary drinks and eat lots of fast food; ketchup was what I considered  my ‘vegetable’. I felt hopeless. My appearance was the subject of jokes and ridicule, and I was a lot closer to McDonald's than to any of the girls I liked.

    I couldn't stand myself anymore and decided enough was enough So I devised my own  diet. I started shopping and preparing,  what I considered to be, healthier meals. I did this all on my own, I had no one  to turn to for support. It was hard, but despite so many challenges, I achieved my single goal – I lost weight.

    Having gone through this transformation myself, I  understand well what people struggle with while trying to lose weight. Thanks to these experiences and ten years of study as part of my journey to a PhD in Weight Management, I finally developed The Respo method that has helped 29,423 people lose weight.


    The Respo Method is an effective tool for achieving better weight, physique, well-being and health.

    Respo combines 4 key elements, each of which is tailored to the needs of your body:

    Diet

    Respo is a diet tailored to your goals, gender, body weight, age, health status, occupation, level of activity, food preferences, your food budget, time you can devote to meal preparation, and the store where you shop. 

    Training

    Training takes into account your goals, health status, place of exercise (home, gym, outdoors), level of fitness, and the number and length of workouts you can perform. Training should be a pleasure, not a punishment.

    Care

    Switching to good eating habits and losing weight is always a very individualistic process and no one can predict the questions that will arise or the circumstances that will occur. Everyone is completely different. That's why I am always on hand throughout this process with each client, dispelling all doubts, providing support, and answering all questions. 

    Habits

    I teach habits that help an individual to permanently change their habits and eat healthily, not only during the transformation but also after it. This guarantees that you won't be affected by the yo-yo effect, your results will improve, and your internal batteries will always be charged

    In my private life I’m a husband and a dad. I love to spend time with my son, I like to cook, I travel a lot and I recently ran my first marathon in LA.
